To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.

Please allow 10 business days to process your order, If there is availability of products in stock. In case of stock out, the customer will be contacted in order to be informed about the new delivery time

Standard shipping time is 1 to 2 days (Portugal) from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on your location, delivery time will vary. 

If you refuse any shipments from Baguera, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. You always receive a track number to track your order on CTT Portugal website via an e-mail sent automatically after the order has been shipped. Please make sure that the e-mail address you entered at the time of purchase is a valid one.
